【続報｜重要】お客様の個人情報漏洩の可能性に関するお詫びと注意喚起のお知らせ
この度、当ホテルが使用する予約管理システム「TEMAIRAZU」において、
お客様の個人情報が外部から閲覧・取得された可能性を否定できないことを確認いたしました。
多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
※TEMAIRAZU：手間いらず株式会社が提供するホテル・旅館等の宿泊施設向けに、宿泊予約の管理や予約サイトとの連携等を行う予約管理システムです。
現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件すべてに該当する予約の一部について、予約者様に不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認しております。
・予約日：2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
かつ
宿泊日：2026年9月21日以降の宿泊日の予約
また、手間いらず株式会社にこれまで報告されている不審なメッセージに含まれていた情報は以下のとおりです。
・宿泊者の氏名
・電話番号
・メールアドレス
・宿泊施設名
・チェックイン日
・チェックアウト日
・宿泊料金
※なお、クレジットカード情報・宿泊予約サイトのログイン情報は保持しておりません。
お客様におかれましては、ホテルや手間いらず株式会社を名乗る不審な連絡（メールやSMS等）を受信された際、
次の点に十分ご注意いただくようお願いいたします。
【ご注意いただきたい事項】
・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージに返信しない
・メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・予約内容を確認する場合は、ホテルまたは宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ問い合わせる
万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。

[Follow-up report / Important] Possible Exposure of Guest Information and Suspicious Messages
Dear Guest,
We have confirmed that, in relation to the reservation management system “TEMAIRAZU” used by our hotel, the possibility that your personal information was viewed or obtained by an unauthorized external party cannot be ruled out.
We sincerely apologize for the significant concern and inconvenience this may have caused.
*TEMAIRAZU is a reservation management system provided by Temairazu, Inc. for hotels, ryokans, and other accommodation providers that is used to manage guest reservations and connect with online booking platforms.
Based on the information currently available, we have confirmed that suspicious messages have been sent to some guests with reservations that meet all of the following conditions:
The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026.
and
The stay is scheduled for September 21, 2026, or later.
The information contained in suspicious messages reported to Temairazu, Inc. to date is as follows:
・Guest name
・Telephone number
・Email address
・Accommodation name
・Check-in date
・Check-out date
・Accommodation charge
Please note that Temairazu, Inc. does not retain credit card information or login information for booking platforms.
If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from Temairazu, an accommodation provider, or a booking platform, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel, please take the following precautions:
Do not open any links in the message.
Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
Do not reply to the message.
Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
To verify your reservation, contact our property directly using the contact details on our official website, or contact the booking platform through its official support channel.
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly.
